Noel is an established senior executive within the Industrial Gases Industry possessing a significant array of expertise in fuel cells, hydrogen purification, analytical equipment and global materials supply chains. Throughout his international career, Noel has committed his time to the growth and enhancement of sustainable and profitable businesses across the world, developing a rich understanding and the vital knowhow needed to ensure commercial success.

Obtaining a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Manchester and an MBA from Manchester Business School, Noel began his career in industrial gases working across all aspects of the industry in the UK, Australia, the USA and Asia, where he rapidly became recognised as a global business leader within the high growth semiconductor materials sector. Previously holding prominent positions as President of Electronic Materials at BOC Edwards and President and Chief Operating Officer at Power & Energy Inc, Noel most notably led Linde AG’s Electronic Gases business, a $650M global materials, equipment and service business that supplied electronics and solar manufacturers worldwide.

Noel is a cofounder of NanoSUN, where he now sits as Executive Director, bringing a wealth of industry experience to the business. Responsible for devising and implementing NanoSUN’s business strategy, Noel directs the collective NanoSUN team in establishing and achieving the organisation’s goals to provide safe, innovative, convenient and low-cost fuelling systems.
