Kirsty has 10 years of experience in HR and Operations and prides herself in being a results-focused leader who delivers organisational success through its most important asset, its people. Along with strong business acumen, her comprehensive background in HR management, recruitment, retention, compensation, culture transformation, policy interpretation, training, and communication has resulted in strong and trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Her previous roles have allowed her to gain a wealth of experience in a variety of sectors including, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Education.
Having joined NanoSUN in March 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Lead and more recently HR Manager, she is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing the core overall HR departmental functions, and developing coherent business processes relating to employees.
