Holding a position as a SHEQ Practitioner for over 16 years, Ross carries a wealth of experience working in health, safety, environmental and quality.

His roles have seen him work in different sectors including Oil and Gas, Nuclear and large-scale manufacturing for offshore products and construction welfare.

With a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and as an IOSH graduate member working towards chartered status, Ross is proficient in leading SHEQ management programmes. 

Beginning his career as a time served Sheetmetal Worker in BAE Systems, Ross changed direction and entered the world of safety, where he oversaw the safety, health environment, and quality assurance side of businesses such as Garic, Balltec Engineer Solutions and Doosan Babcock.

Having joined NanoSUN in May 2022 as the SHEQ Manager, Ross is responsible for the management and implementation of the company's management systems, as well as their integration throughout the organisation, with the goal of driving the company's safety culture to be positive at all levels.
